Training and Recruitment Initiatives
Doncaster Education City (DEC)
Doncaster Education City is a pioneering initiative to meet the education and training needs of the people of Doncaster. A partnership of trainers and educators unite skills across both the higher and further education sectors, to create a network of centres of excellence throughout the Borough. DEC was launched with the intention of benefiting the whole community by providing a fully integrated approach to learning. Our philosophy is that education should be available to all, especially those who may have been discouraged from learning in the past. Harnessing the latest technology, the goal of the DEC is to tailor a specialised plan of action for each individual.
