The Council benefits from excellent relationships with the Regional Development Agency, Advantage West Midlands (AWM) and the Chamber of Commerce. Economic Development and Planning are actively working with AWM to develop Bromsgrove Technology Park, and have marked RoboUK as a potential occupant. The site will span 22 acres of modern employment land, creating up to 700 jobs. The work has described by the Corporate Governance inspectors as exemplary.
In partnership with Advantage West Midlands, we encourage Inward Investment by: Promotion of the District, maintaining an extensive Property Guide; networking with major developers; maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, and promoting the developments of Bromsgrove Technology Park, the Buntsford Gate and Ravensbank sites, and the expansion of Saxon Park and Harris Park.
