Excellent road, rail and telecommunications links, coupled with extensive and competitively–priced development sites, makes North Warwickshire a prime location for thriving companies.
BMW, E-on, Subaru, TNT and Roadways Container Logistics are just a few of the companies who are already established in this area, and are located at business parks such as Coleshill Manor, Birch Coppice and Hams Hall. The latter two have rail freight terminals in operation.
Atherstone is well known as a thriving ‘Booktown’ – a niche which attracts people and independent retailers to visit and invest in the town, with a number of bookshops now established there.
The market towns of Atherstone, Polesworth & Coleshill offer a range of attractions, and the borough is also home to the famous Belfry golf club.
