Key Reasons:
British Telecoms are one of the major employers in the city, having over 1,000 staff at the major Exbridge House call centre. Additionally, BT has launched a £1.5 billion plan to roll out fibre-based broadband, and is working closely with the South West Development Agency in order to ensure that this opportunity – granting 100MB/s broadband to the entire region – is in place by 2012.
The office building comprises a modern four-storey block, and part of the ground floor and second floor are currently available, providing potential opportunities for further development.
