    Stockport is a popular location for Serviced office accommodation, with a range of units on offer to suit all needs. Stockport Council manages the highly successful Houldsworth Mill Business and Arts Centre in Reddish, housing around 90 businesses.

    Manchester University, in partnership with the Council, actively promotes the Stockport Business Incubator for up to 40 dynamic new businesses, also in Reddish.

    A wide variety of retail premises are available across the borough, with the main Merseyway shopping centre charging the highest rental figures.
