Major developments plans are lined up for Barnet, and the next 10 to 15 years will see a transformation in the Borough, with significant growth in population and new and redeveloped neighbourhoods, as well as significant investment opportunities through the strengthening of facilities and infrastructure.
Numerous projects are already underway or in the pipeline, including the regeneration of the Borough's four biggest estates, as well as development of the three strategic growth areas identified in the London Mayor's Plan - the Cricklewood, Brent Cross and West Hendon regeneration area, Colindale and Mill Hill East.
