Stevenage has been identified with the aerospace industry for many years, and has continued in this tradition with EADS Astrium situated right in the centre of the town. They develop vehicles to blast into space and survey the planet Mars. Our Business & Technology centre is currently managing the UK Satnav Challenge competition, and working closely with the European Space Agency (ESA).
