Anglia Ruskin University
Anglia Ruskin University, currently based in Cambridge and Chelmsford, is opening a £9.2m University Centre in Harlow, centrally located at Harlow College. From September 2011 it will offer six degree-level courses in Business Information Systems, Graphic Design, Early Years Playwork and Education, Journalism, Sports Journalism and Public Services.
The new University Centre will include a 96-seat lecture theatre and state of the art teaching and learning facilities, available for use by local businesses and the community. An IT facility, the iLab, is aimed at encouraging and inspiring creative thought. There is also provision for conference facilities and meeting rooms.
