Northampton is in the geographical centre of England, with a population growth projected to reach 300,000 by 2018. Rich in leisure, sport and culture, it is an excellent location for businesses.
Major expansions are underway to redevelop Northampton into a primary regional centre, to accommodate the increased population, making it comparable to Coventry, Leicester and Nottingham. Planning is for 37,000 homes, and the expansion of Upton, St Crispins, and brownfield sites, including Ransome Road and Far Cotton.
