Kettering Borough is in the north of Northamptonshire, in the heart of England, and has excellent transport links placing it within two-hour's drive of 75% of the UK's population.
Situated midway between Sheffield and London by rail, and on the A14 trunk road, Kettering offers quick access to the M1 motorway and the A1 road.
The modern commercial property development, Kettering Business Park, is being undertaken by Buccleuch Property, and is located on the A43/A6003 road. In conjunction with the project, several office buildings are being built as well as a leisure centre and new hotel. Numerous large distribution warehouses have been constructed in the Borough, generating hundreds of jobs and strengthening the local economy.
