Major CommercialA 200 acre development with dedicated M1 motorway access via J29a. Derbyshire County Council are developing the site in partnership with Henry Boot.
A61 Corridor Development
Mixed Use DevelopmentThe A61 corridor provides 50 hectares redevelopment to create a new area with high quality natural and urban place, adjacent to Chesterfield town central and railway station. These places will be mixed use (residential, office, employment and leisure) waterside areas linked by the changing waterside environment.
Shipley Park
Mixed Use DevelopmentThe Shipley Lakeside opportunity is in two parts:
- Central lakeside - with planning permission for recreation and leisure
- Outer setting - a further 92 hectares providing a setting to the central lakeside
