Cobalt Park is located in the North East of England in Wallsend, near Newcastle Upon Tyne. Wallsend has a strong industrial background with a population of just over 42,000. Newcastle Upon Tyne is  only 4 miles away, with a population of nearly 200,000, and is accessible by public transport in just 35 minutes. The business park is adjacent to a 39 Acre country park, and is within a 5 minute walk to Silverlink Retail Park.

Cobalt Park currently stands at 1.25 million sq ft but is expected to grow to 2.25 million sq ft by completion, and claims to be the UK's largest office park. There are a range of units available from 10,000 to 125,000 sq ft, making Cobalt Park one of the top locations if you are looking to lease or purchase larger commercial property.

Hillington Park is situated 6 miles outside Glasgow City Centre, in the M8 corridor between Glasgow City Centre and Glasgow International Airport. There are excellent transport links, with the M77, M73, M80 and M74 all within easy reach of the park. With a population of over 1.4 million in the greater Glasgow and Clyde area, the location offers a huge potential workforce.

The park is the largest in Scotland and was first established in the late 1930's. MEPC, a UK leader in commercial property, took over the industrial estate in 1996 and the park is now home to 70 organisations, with over 3000 employees.

Solstice Park is one of the largest business parks in Southern England, and is within an hour from Southampton, Portsmouth and Poole. International business is made easy, with Heathrow, Southampton, Bournemouth and Bristol airports within a reasonable distance from the park. Central London is an hour and a half 's drive away from Central London.

Solstice Park has a massive 6,969,600 sq ft of space available and is offering fully serviced freehold units. The park is split into four different zones:

ZONE B: 11 acre (4.5ha) Roadside and leisure, fronting the A303 road

Weston Gateway is located in Weston-Super-Mare, in the South East of England. With over 325,000 people living within a 30 minute drive of the park, Weston Park offers access to a large workforce . The business park, which boasts high quality bespoke office space, is a joint venture with Summerfield, a leader in residential and commercial development, and AMCAP a leading real estate company.

There is  nearly 7 million square feet of space available with leasehold or freehold units available between 3000 and 390,000 sq ft each. The buildings are designed to be energy efficient with 15% of the energy requirements being supplied from on-site sources.

Situated within minutes of junction 21 of the M5, Weston Gateway offers exceptional transport links, making the park easily accessible from the UK and abroad. Worle Parkway train station is half a mile away, and Bristol International Airport is a 20 minute drive away from the park.

New Greenham Park

New Greenham Park is close to the A34 trunk road, major motorways and has easy access to the skilled workforces in the Thames Valley, Bristol, London and much of South East England. The Newbury conurbation population is over 60,000, and the Berkshire area has a population of nearly 900,000 people, providing an excellent base for a potential workforce.

New Greenham Park is situated on Greenham Common and was intended to provide a mixed use campus for community recreation. The idea was to create a modern and environmentally friendly development, including the refurbishment of some former military buildings.

The park offers a combination of both large and small units suitable for research and development, warehousing and starter units. It is also able to accommodate those interested in purchasing land for specific property requirements.
