Direct air cargo connections
SLP is the ideal location within the advanced ACT for large-scale, airport-oriented logistics enterprises. The area is 45 hectares in size and comprises a western section (24 hectare) and an eastern section (21 hectare). Just like A4 Zone West, SLP is connected to the airport aprons via the Seamless Logistics Link.
Good accessibility
Schiphol Logistics Park is located east of the A4 motorway near the Hoofddorp exit and is connected to Schiphol-Centre and Schiphol-Southeast. There is already good access to the Schiphol Logistics Park via the existing N201 secondary road. This access will be further improved by the diversion of this secondary road in 2014 (to be renamed the N201+), and by the widening of improved slip roads onto and off the A4 motorway. This location will also be accessible via a HOV/BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) link.
Schiphol Logistics Park is part of the all-embracing concept that is Amsterdam Connecting Trade (ACT). ACT is an innovative and sustainable logistics hub, where current activities include the development of an efficient, multimodal transport system. An important part of this system is the Seamless Logistics Link (OLV), comprising a cargo lane reserved for trucks that guarantees a seamless transport link between Schiphol Logistics Park and the airport apron on into the future.

Located in close proximity to the airport apron, Schiphol Logistics Park has been developed to accommodate high-quality, large-scale logistics facilities and services with operations oriented towards the airport. State of the art
Amsterdam Connecting Trade, or ACT, is set to be Europe’s most innovative and sustainable logistics hub. ACT enjoys a very strategic location at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, close to Amsterdam and the Zuidas business district. Cargo can be imported, stored and transhipped via ACT using a highly efficient transport system via air, road, rail and water.
221 hectares available
For companies involved, either directly or indirectly, in any kind of logistics, ACT offers high-quality, flexible and, consequently, very appealing location options. ACT comprises three business parks with a total area of 221 ha. of available ground, of which 141 ha. is located at A4 Zone West, 45 ha. at Schiphol Logistics Park and 35 ha. at Schiphol-Southeast. The Geniepark is also part of ACT. This park, situated on both sides of the existing Geniedijk, is the green and recreational heart of the ACT.
