Andrijevica is a mountainous region in the northeast of Montenegro, comprising 24 settlements, and home to 5,785 people. The region shares a border with Albania, offering excellent cross-border connectivity.
Andrijevica enjoys a vibrant tourism industry thanks to its mountain range and unspoilt terrain. The other regional industries have also developed as a result of these resources, with paper and wood production making up the bulk of industrial production.
Andrijevica is a multicultural region with 69.6% of the population being Serbian, 25.13% Montenegrin and 5.25% classified as other. As a result, a high percentage of the workforce is bi-lingual.
